Our TNT (Trampoline & Tumbling) program is designed to help athletes grow physically and mentally through progressive skill-building, a strong focus on safety, and a fun, encouraging environment. We develop confident, disciplined athletes who love to move, compete, and support one another—whether they're bouncing on the trampoline, flipping down the tumbling track, or cheering on their teammates.
Junior Jumpers is your almost big kid’s introduction to the exciting world of bouncing and flipping! This class uses playful movement and engaging challenges to help kids develop body awareness, coordination, and spatial control. Through fun trampoline and tumbling activities, students will explore early acrobatic skills while also building confidence, listening skills, and pattern recognition—preparing them for even bigger jumps ahead.
Bounce Basics is a one day a week class for boys and girls that offers a fun and energetic introduction to trampoline and tumbling. Rather than focusing on skill progression, this class emphasizes the core foundations of movement—balance, coordination, strength, and body control. Kids will enjoy bouncing, rolling, and jumping their way through playful stations that build confidence and body awareness in a low-pressure, high-fun environment. This class is not leveled, making it a great fit for anyone wanting to explore the sport without the pressure of advancement.
TNT Achievers is a two-day-a-week class for kids who are ready to take their trampoline and tumbling training to the next level. With three progressive levels, this program is designed for students who want to grow their skills with the potential to move into competitive T&T. Each athlete receives a TNT Achievers water bottle to collect stickers for skill mastery, completing challenges, and demonstrating positive character traits. These stickers track their progress and help mark when they’re ready to graduate to the next level. This class is high-energy, goal-oriented, and packed with flips, fun, and personal growth!
TNT for Teens is a non-gendered class designed to give teens a fun and supportive space to stay active while exploring the world of trampoline and tumbling. Whether they’re brand new to the sport or looking to build on existing skills, this class focuses on body control, strength, and coordination through progressions on the floor and trampoline. TNT offers a unique opportunity for teens to stay involved in the sport, challenge themselves, and connect with peers in a positive, movement-based environment.
