Anytime! We offer continuous year round enrollment for our classes and we are on a monthly billing cycle. We guarantee 3-5 classes in a month for our one day a week classes and 6-8 classes in a month for our two day a week classes

Students enrolled mid-month will receive prorated tuition for the first month.

This is to help make your enrollment process easier after your trial class.

We will not charge your card until you have confirmed you would like to enroll in classes at Chasing Gravity Activity Center

This is so that our office staff can check everything over before applying a final charge.

We want to ensure that every athlete at Chasing Gravity Activity Center is placed appropriately and confirming your enrollment before processing a charge is one way we do this.

• For dance classes require elastic waist shorts or pants and t-shirt or a one piece leotard.
• For a gymnastics class, a one piece leotard or a t-shirt and elastic waist shorts or pants.
• In a Ninja class you will get a Ninja T-shirt and a colored wristband to wear every class. You will need to wear elastic waist shorts or pants.
• In a Cheer class you will receive a T-shirt and a solid colored bow. You will also need elastic waist shorts or long pants and cheer shoes or tennis shoes.

No clothing with buttons, snaps or zippers are allowed.

Bare feet are required on all gymnastics equipment unless you are in a cheer class.

For the safety of children, hair must be pulled back into a ponytail before class begins.

All students must remove jewelry and any outer clothing in preparations for class.

Of course you can! We have a parent viewing area where you can watch your child's class.

People who are staying to watch need to:

• Watch from the seats in our viewing area. Please do NOT block the doorways

• Keep a close eye on siblings and other children not in the class

• Let our staff teach so you can enjoy watching them learn new thigns or improve their skils. Do NOT talk or yell at students during class.

• Talk to the office if you have any questions or concerns.

• Pictures and videos of your child may be taken but turn off your flash as this is dangerous for the students!

• Be respectful and keep the viewing area clean. Notify the office if there is anythign we need to attend to

Students move up in preschool classes primarily based on age

Chasing Gravity staff will assess students skills for advancement two times a year

* February assessment will determine April class placement.

* August assessment will determine September class placement.

   Stop by the front desk to request an assessment.

  Chasing Gravity staff will try to do assessments during their regularly scheduled class time.

   If they are unable to do that you will be contacted to set up a separate evaluation time.

Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month. We will add the bill to your account on the 20th and send out a statement then we will charge cards on file on the 1st unless payment has already been made for that month

If you would like to pay by cash, check, or a different card then you can do so on or before the last day of the month.

Yes, this is a new feature on iClass and we will be seeing changes to this as time goes on.

Currently a second adult added to the account by staff or the primary parent/guardian but only the primary guardian can give them access for them to create their own log in and access the account.

Secondary parent/guardians at this time can only view the account and CANNOT make any changes.
