We have parking spaces available directly in front of our facility and additional parking is available in the Airway Heights Baptist Church parking lot. Please remember to be respectful of the houses and other business around us when parking.

For the safety of participants everyone must come to any event or class properly dressed or they may not be able to participate. Most of our classes require elastic waist shorts or pants and a t-shirt. Clothing should not have buttons, snaps, or zippers.

We recommend arriving for class 5-10 minutes early. Children 5 years and older may be dropped off, no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of their class. Children younger than 3 years old MUST have a parent remain on sight for the duration of their class.

Students MUST wait inside while they are waiting to be picked up. Children may walk home from our facility provided the parent has completed a waiver. Please contact our office about the walk home waiver. If you are going to be late, please contact the Chasing Gravity office so we can notify your child

We have a viewing area available for all classes. Spectators are welcome to stay and watch classes at anytime. However, please note our seating areas are small. People who are staying to watch:

ALL MEMBERS must submit an ONLINE DROP NOTICE via the customer portal by the 15th of your last month unless otherwise specified. Drop requests will not be processed via phone, email, or text. Please see our FAQ page for detailed instructions on how to submit your drop notice. Our drop policy by programs is as follows:

Chasing Gravity's make up classes are unlimited and can be used for missed classes due to:

Chasing Gravity does have a strict student-to-teacher ratio, this is to ensure the safety of our athletes and coaches at all times. Because of this policy makeups are not guaranteed and are subject to availability based on class ratio size. Child MUST be currently enrolled in a program to use a makeup class.

All students attending a makeup class MUST REGISTER prior to attending. Registering for you makeup class is easy! You can:

There are no refunds or credits for missed class time. Makeups may be used in classes that are in your child's age or skill level and used across all classes (dance, ninja, gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling). They may not be used for events.

Tuition is billed to hold your spot in the program, not for attendance and is billed on the 20th of each month or the next business day. All actively enrolled families are required to keep a card to be kept on file for reoccurring billing. Cards will be charged on the 1st of every month or the next business day. Accounts that are not paid by the 5th of each month will incur a $10 late fee.

Refund Policy
Chasing Gravity has a no refund policy for most of our programs. In most instances, a credit may be placed on the family's account for future use.
