Adult Hip Hop Class
Introduction
Get ready to groove, move, and break a sweat in our Adult Hip Hop Dance Class! Whether you're a beginner or have some dance experience, this class is designed for adults who want to learn the latest hip hop moves, develop rhythm, and have fun in a high-energy environment.
In this class, you'll be introduced to foundational hip hop techniques, including body isolations, popping, locking, and basic footwork. You'll also explore more complex choreography, freestyle, and learn how to express yourself through dance. The emphasis is on building confidence, improving coordination, and having a blast while you dance to a mix of today’s hottest beats and classic hip hop tracks.
Our supportive and friendly instructors will guide you through every step, making sure you feel comfortable while challenging you to push your limits. No prior dance experience is required, just a willingness to have fun and move to the music!

FAB - Adult Gymnastics Experience
We would like to introduce our adult gymnastics experience! It is called FAB which stands for Flips and Bengay. The Bengay is not included in this class. This is a great opportunity for adults who want to learn gymnastics or who did gymnastics once upon a time and would like to continue working on their skills. Gymnastics doesn't have to end at the age of 18 and is still a great workout. This experience will be an open gym format with a coach who will direct all activities.

Studio Rental
Introduction
Our facility offers two meticulously designed dance studios, each spanning 400 square feet, providing ample space for various dance practices. Mirrors adorn both sides of the studios, facilitating self-correction and enhancing the overall dance experience.
In addition to the well-equipped space, we provide three 6-foot-long portable barres, offering stability and support for dancers during their practice sessions. Whether it's for ballet, contemporary, or any other dance style, our barres cater to diverse needs.
To enhance your rhythm and atmosphere, we offer a Bluetooth stereo system, allowing you to seamlessly connect your devices and play your favorite music playlists or dance routines.
Our rental rate is set at $35 per hour. Discover the perfect environment to unleash your creativity, refine your technique, and bring your dance visions to life at our studio rental space.
