Tumbling

Beginner: Level 1
Meets once per week for 55 minutes and will focus on developing strong basic stumbling skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges and rolls.
Intermediate 1: Level 2
Meets once per week for 55 minutes and will focus on developing round offs, walkovers, and begin learning handsprings
Intermediate 2: Level 3
Meets once per week for 55 minutes and will focus on developing handsprings, aerials and begin learning running tumbling.
Advanced: Level 4
Meets once per week for 55 minutes and will focus on developing running tumbling, flipping and twisting skills.
